Associate gets social security benefits, completely complied with social security acts in India. And access to download PF statements every month.
Associate & family gets all the medical needs attended thru Adecco strong liaison capability & gets the benefits such as sickness, leave, maternity, pension etc as applicable as per ESIC Act.
In addition to the ESIC Benefits, client also can choose a medical coverage for associates & family at a very nominal cost. Also gets the associate covered under Group Personal Accidents (Death, Permanent Disability etc.).
Associate get an access to his pay slip online every month. Eligible Associates will be issued Form 16 against his salary drawings, 2 months later Financial Year closure.
Associate will be provided a “zero balance* Salary Savings account from any of the leading banks. Associate will be issued with a Standard ID card.
Open houses conducted post payroll for associate Query resolutions/Grievance handling (depends on the associate size).
CABT Support Centre for any queries related to online portal, Form 16, Pay slips etc.
